My parcel has been marked as delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?
Please check with any neighbours or any safe places on your property this could have been left by the courier. If you can’t locate your order, our customer services team can look into it for you - please contact them here.
Can I redirect my order to a different address after it's been shipped?
Unfortunately we cannot change or amend addresses on orders using the standard delivery service.
