Is there a maximum order value?

We have a maximum order value of 115 Euros - this is after discounts have been applied and does not include shipping costs. Unfortunately we will not be able to send any orders over this limit

What’s the reason for the maximum order value limit?

This is due to customs - it helps to ensure no additional fees or charges for customers.

How can I cancel my order?

We know you want to get your hands on your Sneak package as soon as possible, so we process orders in rapid time. This means it’s not possible to cancel your order after it has been placed. Check out our returns page for all returns info.

Here at Sneak, our reaction times are pretty quick. We process your orders in rapid time, so it is not possible to amend your order after it has been placed.

Where can I check my order status?

You will receive a confirmation email with information on your courier who will keep in touch with you on the status of your Sneak package.

I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Can I get a return/exchange?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can see full return information here.

My order is marked as fulfilled but I have not received?

When an order has been marked as fulfilled this just means this has been passed over to the dispatch team to process. Please keep an eye on your emails for your tracking information.
